Ajman Beach and Corniche
Ajman Corniche is the seafront road and promenade running along Ajman's public beach on the Arabian Gulf. It is the emirate's most popular place to walk, swim and meet in the evenings, lined with residential towers, hotels, cafés and restaurants.
Living by the beach
Only a few residential towers sit directly on Corniche Road, facing the beach: Ajman Corniche Residences, Corniche Tower, Mawjan Residence, Al Watan Tower. Most of Ajman's apartments within walking distance of the beach are a few streets back, in Ajman Downtown, Al Rashidiya and Al Sawan.
Beachfront vs. a few streets back
- Front-row towers have the sea views and the highest prices.
- Buildings a few streets back, such as Ajman Pearl Towers or Al Khor Towers, cost much less and are still a short walk or drive from the beach.
- For private beaches and a quieter setting, look at Al Zorah, north of the Corniche.
